Everything was perfect, me and my brother greatly enjoyed the stay. Very welcoming staff, I felt very secure.

It has stunning setting. Good to have a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels in the bathroom. The people working there are amazingly nice, have a big heart.

The apartment was fairly clean and located short walk to the Algarve, weekends-buses and taxis after 6 pm. The setting was great and stunning. Also, it was based in taxi in to the main strip. Could use shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay, all amazing.

Good sized room, a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area. Breakfast with a lot of bread, pastries, pancakes, and fruit etc for different tastes. Friendly staff, and amicable as well.

I stayed at Casa Areias Appart' Hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. It was quiet and conveniently close to shops. I especially liked that I was near Uber for easy transportation. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were kept clean and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Our apartment was beautiful near taxi in to the main strip, the Algarve and the garden. It was in an exceptionally nice place. In fact, it was located close enough to shops. Amazingly nice and very welcoming staff and owner, they treated us like family...

Had a wonderful Christmas stay here! The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including fresh eggs cooked to order. The poolside setting made it even more enjoyable. The apartments were clean, modern, and spacious, and the gardens, sunbeds. The location was peaceful and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle, but still with easy access to the city center. The air conditioning in the apartment was a great bonus, especially during the warmer winter days.

The distance from the main town was a bit inconvenient, requiring either a taxi or a car to get around. The additional refundable deposit that was required upon arrival was unexpected and deducted from our spending money.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Areias Appart'! The location was perfect for exploring the Algarve, and we loved being surrounded by private dwellings and vineyards. The owners, Christine and her husband, were enthusiastic hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean, and the garden was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the amenities like the swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, and fitness room. The breakfast served by the pool was delicious and plentiful, with made-to-order omelettes. It was truly a wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality.

Christine and Sam took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet convenient for taxis and Ubers. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the pool was a great place to relax. We also appreciated the airport transfer service. Great value for the price and even better than the photos!

Lovely pool for adults and a kids pool too. Lots of loungers and umbrellas for shade. Good little bar with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks.
